10mm soffit boards can be used as a direct replacement or for capping over the existing soffit boards and are typically pinned into place using stainless steel plastic headed pins. Most roofs require ventilation, and there are many options available to achieve this, including over-fascia vents, vent disks that can be inserted into the soffit or alternatively you can choose the pre-vented soffit board from the relevant section.
