The existing timbers fascia boards need to be in good condition, or some remedial work may be needed prior to installing the capping fascia board. “Purchased along with soffit boards, corners, joins & trims. Despite only being 10mm, the capping & soffit boards are quite sturdy and easy to fit. Picture shows fitted boards below EDPM rubber roof & trims for garden office.”
