Made from durable extruded polystyrene these skirting are light weight, easy to cut, paintable (if you want, but not required), water resistant to stop swelling and have a longer lifespan than timber alternatives. The skirting boards are simply to glued to the walls and the joints sealed with silicone.

“So the skirting itself is great does the job easy to cut n fit. Returns policy is rubbish though. They charge you £10 plus 20% so make sure you only order just what you need as the cost of returning a single length isn’t viable.”
