Great value paintballs with a robust shell - perfect for practice or rec playDue to their fragile nature, we can only send paintballs with couriers rather than in the mail. Paintballs are very fragile in nature, so even though we try to package them the best we can and mark them as fragile, there is a chance they can be damaged in transit, and in most cases there will be nothing we can do about it. Please note, that due to the fact that they are a perishable item, we do not accept returns on any paintballs

“Arrived smashed to pieces. At least 10% are broken and a horrid job to clean and salvage what is left. BZ simply not interested in the terrible performance of their courier who charged so much to smash the paintballs to hell. Sadly I'll be shopping elsewhere in future where you don't get charged for such terrible delivery of totally ruined and unusable paintballs.”

Hi Mark, We are sorry some of your paintballs arrived damaged. We did offer to open up a case with the courier on your behalf when we spoke to you on the phone which you declined, & we also gave advice on how to salvage your 90+% remaining paintballs which were fine. It does state in our T&C's that we don't accept damages to paint during delivery. 99% of our parcels arrive without issue as you will be able to see from the rest of our reviews, but unfortunately, there was an issue in your case. If you change your mind & would like us to open a case with the courier on your behalf, we would still be willing to do that if you get in touch.
