“I was a little disappointed with the product. After having worn it a few times, I noticed a hole in the seam on the left sleeve. A crease had been ironed into the sleeve parallel to the seam, presumably to disguise it. As I had worn the product I assumed you would not exchange it and repaired it myself. I do not expect to have to repair a sweatshirt costing £40 and was left feeling that whoever ironed the crease on the sleeve did so realising that by the time it was discovered, a refund or replacement would be refused.”
