Good morning Alessandro, I can see that your order was dispatched to Germany on the 6th January. Unfortunately there have been widespread delays with DPD due to the recent temporary suspension of international orders. The tracking which was emailed to yourself shows that the parcel has been cleared in customs in Germany on Friday 15th. Once the parcel is with your local courier this will be updated on DPDs website. If you require more information, please contact us directly.
