“Whilst the quality of the Gildan T-shirts is acceptable, The way they are delivered to the customer is poor. When we get a delivery, we find that the product is thrown into a box that is too large and as a result, the product is thrown around the inside of the box like to tumble dryer!! The result is that we get a lump of T-shirts in a terrible state that basically need to be ironed before we can use them. If we were to send them out to our customers as we receive them (as we did with our first few orders) we would get them back. We did get poor feedback from customers complaining at the state of the T-shirts, hence, we have to iron them first which is not what we should be doing. We re now talking to other suppliers to improve the state of the product when we receive them. Colin 07545 579855”
