“Bit disappointed as after 2 days (approx 25 sanding discs) the backing pad Velcro needed replacement. Velcro didn’t hold new discs. After buying replacement backing pad, which seems to be better then original one, everything works as it should.”

“brill little sander. working my way through sanding varnish off an attic floor. doing the job well. nice to hold, no vibrations to make you stop/ arm ache. Noise acceptable. easy to control. very pleased. only issue seems to be that screwfix/ B&Q /Argos have stopped stocking(argos had one 120 miles away) therefore sheets and sander need to be bought on line, although other makes do the job well. means you have to take gamble of on line company, rather than having security of a shop to take it back to, if necessary. read all reviews and you tube videos before choosing -good choice!!”

“Nothing very sexy about random orbital sanders. A key feature for me was the dust collection, the Makita back is fairly effective and easy to empty. This one is very good value for money given that it is a premium brand and you really can't get much more from a snader if you pay a lot more.”
