“They were very efficient as the wrong item arrived and the sculpture which arrived was damaged. I contacted them and received an immediate response. The new item was dispatched and arrived a day later in time for my friends birthday. I cannot fault there customer service department and my friend absolutely loved the sculpture. Many thanks for your prompt response”
