“great food product. i have used this for a long time, however, in reviewing Burnhills i have to say they messed up and picked/sent wrong food which meant that when i unboxed it to use it i couldnt. Burnhills offered to replace it and collect wrong food but then a series of bad weather events meant it was a further 3 days before the correct food got to me. so a packaging error proved very inconvenient. i probably wouldn't used Burnhills again unless i got a discount voucher for being messed around which i havent been offered!”
