“This was really poor quality hay. It smelt mouldy and damp and the dust from it was horrendous, causing me to cough and choke on it and filling the air entirely. I purchase the hay for indoor use for small animals and the dust was so thick I had to open all doors and windows and take myself and dogs out. The poor animals living in it and eating it obviously couldn't escape this. They haven't touched most of it at all as it doesn't seem very edible, clumps of it stuck together and old damp smell. Definitely not the best I've ever had from you.”
