“Delivery arrived on one pallet even though we had paid for 2 pallet spaces. The pallet had fallen over so me and the driver had to re-stack it which then became 3 pallets. I have a photo but unfortunately, I can't attach it.”
“I paid £35.20 through PayPal , but burnhills charged me £57.20 instead. When I complained to them, they just ignored me. The case has now been passed to Paypal term. DO NOT buy from them! Very very poor service!”
