“It wasn’t fit for purpose, it was destroyed by squirrels or larger birds within a day and I had to improvise with some pliers to get it functioning again. I didn’t bother returning it or complaining because I thought that if you thought it ok to sell products of such poor quality you probably wouldn’t understand why I had a problem with it.”
“Excellent price. I purchased two, one was perfect, the catch of the other was far too tight and I injured myself trying to open it. Having said that, I do, at 78 yrs and with a damaged neck and numb hands, have grip problems.”
