“The paint was as it was said. And as ordered. Unfortunately the tin had been badly packaged and badly handled, as when the parcel was opened half the paint had leaked out of the tin. It looked like the tin was packed on its side this taking the strength of the cylinder container compared to being upright. Something had obviously been dropped on the parcel during transit. There no label saying " this was up" etc Luckily there just enough paint to complete the job. Maybe you need to re-evaluate your packaging processes a little.”
