“The trowel I received was bent like a banana. No fault of the supplier just poor or no quality control from makers. The item quality was very good but for this. I never got a replacement which I wanted but supplier refunded my money. I had to then go and buy another trowel, same make from another supplier. Quality of this one was spot on. Glad I stuck with this make, was just unlucky to to get a bad one.”
