“I paid for express delivery and the item never arrived, after contacting the customer support it turned out that the item was being shipped from another supplier and they couldn't advise when it would be delivered. Subsequently I cancelled the order and was refunded..... constructive advise if you don't have the items available then say they are out of stock on your website.”
