“I paid for express delivery and the goods arrived in the time scale. However, it wasn't what i ordered or anything similar. On contacting the company they flatly refused to rectify their mistake and send out the correct item until they received the wrong items back. They arranged for the courier to collect them the following week, it took 9 days to get a refund.
I was refused contact details of someone in management who i could forward my complaint to.
I've sent numerous Emails, made phone calls and even sent an old fashioned letter to try and get a management perspective. After two weeks i have still not had any reply.

"Our aim is to provide you with top quality products, at trade prices, straight to your door - hassle free. Try our service and if you're not happy call us and we'll make sure that you are! "
It's certainly not my experience.”
