“This item was delivered with the box broken open and left without signature or acknowledgment of acceptance. I contacted your company within minutes a few minutes of discovering it being dumped by the courier and expressing that we wouldn’t have accepted the item in this condition. I also sent an email expressing the same thing DHL. Your company requested photographs of damaged package and that was provided. The following morning the same courier arrived and collected the package as a return. She scanned it and took it back. We had no knowledge in advance that this had been arranged but we do have the video footage on both days; of the drop off by the DHL courier and again video footage of the collection of the parcel by the same courier for DHL. Now, your company refuses to refund because DHL haven’t returned the goods. This is scandalous, heavy handed practice/tactics. I’ve request MD contact details to advise of this shocking behaviour of this company and that of DHL. My initial request has been ignored and I’ve written again asking for the same information.”
