“The Jump start 4000 is excellent but the service from Building Supplies Direct is appalling. They offer no customer service and fobbed our issue off onto the manufacturer. They don't seem to follow distance selling rules in my opinion and we were left with a faulty product on delivery. Thankfully Clarke were much better I'm surprised they allow such a shoddy outfit sell their products.”
