“Building Supplies Direct sent me an incomplete and unsafe nailgun and took no action themselves to help fix the situation. I'm left without a nailgun to use and no-one in BSD will take responsibility. Hardly needs saying my opinion of their Customer Service is not good. I do NOT recommend them at all. (On the other hand, the people at Clarkes are trying their best to help out - I can't comment on the quality of the nailgun itself as I haven't actually managed to use it.”
