How they are allowed to trade i dont know. They took my money and nothing came through in the post after charging nearly £40 for delivery. Shambles STAY AWAY!!!”
“The product is fine. It’s the company that needs to get its act together. Wouldn’t answer the phone, wouldn’t reply to e-mails. Customer service is shocking. A 3-7 day delivery took 18 days, after many phone calls. Delivered on the very day we asked them not to, so couldn’t help the driver unload. As I said, the product is ok, but it unlikely I will use them again”
“So, I had to wait nearly four weeks for the product to arrive. After nearly three weeks I had to call and see where my item was. Eventually, a reorder and the product arrived. But, the corner was all smashed and broken. The product is OK. Reasonable quality and good value. But the order took forever and the delivery caused considerable damage.”
