“I have to rate the wheelie bin lids lower because of circumstances arising. I ordered bin lid pins to secure them. They did not arrive within the parcel. I can only think they were either not sent or the plastic bag was broken. I sent an email to that effect and have heard nothing back. So bin lids without pins are useless. I would have expected a reply to my email or even some replacements”
“The bin lid was satisfactory and arrived very quickly although the carriage price was very expensive. However I still have not received the fitting pins that I paid for despite several e mails to the comany.”
