“Happy with the product, price and, eventually, delivery. The only criticism of the process would be lack of communication between order confirmation and despatch. The delivery did arrive within the stated 10 working days but the first I knew of it was when the van turned up outside. Very well delivered into the garden by a very pleasant van driver but I would have appreciated an email to say that product was despatched.”
