“Very bad customer support, the battens arrived broken into pieces and they were returned. Even after claiming back twice to Buildersmerchant they have not answered back and therefore I do not have the product or the money back. Additionally these increased the shipment costs of the whole shipment.
The battens themselves should be of bad quality if they were broken into pieces.... and the customer support is even worse. Not again!”
