“I placed and paid for an order for delivery the following week. On the day it was due to come, I received a message saying my order had been refunded. On calling to find out why I had been refunded I was told the timber wasn't in stock. Not impressed that it took a week to let me know this, and it meant I have had to delay my project while I source an alternative supplier”
