“Can't give zero! Placed my order on 21st Feb 22 and nothing arrived, chased order to find delivery courier had lost it (large pile of wood to lose). Offered a priority replacement with regular updates on where it is, now the 4th March, heard nothing and still no wood. Will try and get my money back.”
“Dreadful service, had to chase and chase to find out where my delivery was, eventually told it would be with me the following week then when I chased again the following week i was told it was out of stock.”
