“Received my board warped so sent a photo which showed it was obviously bent. They offered a partial refund if we could still use it so I said that was fine and cut it into smaller boards. Now they refuse to honour the original offer as they insist on another photo with it unwrapped- as if that's going to show it any less warped!
Be careful if you order online and insist they collect if there is anything wrong.”
