“Couldn't deliver the length of these boards so received a call a week later from their customer services to say that DPD wouldn't accept anything over 3M. Birmingham was too far to deliver by their own transport or at least infrequent/highly expensive. Order was cancelled which caused a major inconvenience to the deck build. Wouldn't have the confidence to use them again.”
