6 of 8 items arrived damaged beyond repair and a 7th item is all scratched. I informed the company within 5 mins of delivery by both email and phone.
Company have issued a partial refund with no explanation of why I have to suffer a financial loss due to their incompetence. I have requested that they arrange uplift of damaged goods and issue a full refund including delivery charge. Needless to say, I won't be using this company again. I'm apoplectic with rage, it's Shocking for a company to think that they can short change a customer who paid in good faith for goods that arrive damaged. Clearly have no understanding of distance selling regs.”
