“Product fine, delivery terrible. Don’t believe the 3-5 days delivery line, on day 5 I rang to see when it would be delivered was told I’d be rung back as the customer service person ‘couldn’t work it out’. 3 hours later I rang again as I’d still not heard anything to be told it had been ‘lost by the delivery company and she would send it express’. It was 1 pm Friday and ‘express’ meant that actually it wouldn’t be arriving until the next Tuesday , hardly express. I then received an email on Monday at 1500 to say the item had been despatched, again so much for ‘express’ and despatched on Friday. The tracking I was given didn’t work and the item didn’t actually arrive until an hour after the last time it was scheduled to arrive - after 5 on the Tuesday. Don’t use these people if you are working to a deadline, they are not reliable and there customer service is very poor”
