“The product was good, the delivery, not so good.
The 12 sheets were split into 2 packs of 6 which is reasonable, we requested a telephone call 30 mins prior to delivery as the delivery site is unmanned and on the first delivery the carrier called several hours before and said it would be after lunch, we then had a call saying the delivery would’ve in five minutes. The second pack was delivered 3 days later and only 5 minutes notice was given.”
