“I thought I had left instructions to leave in our loading bay (which is covered) but arrived back home from a few days away to discover the delivery had been made and the boards left by the front door. They were lying on the ground and had been soaked by the pouring rain, the packaging having fallen apart and stripped away in the wind. Both boards quite distorted - not sure if they were like this when delivered or if the soaking is responsible. No communication from the carrier or notification given by supplier or carrier as to when delivery would be made.”
“I'd love to write a review of the product, but as we've been waiting since 16th June for delivery, it's a bit difficult! It appears Customer Service doesn't exist here as they don't contact their customers to advise of a delay even though they had advised that delivery could be expected a week ago and we've had to chase for an update! We still have no definite delivery date.”
