“I was debating 3 or 4 stars. It’s a difficult one as the first board was far from good quality and the replacement sent got damaged with inconsistent packaging from one delivery to the next. Saying all this I do have to say that Victoria is the most helpful, friendly and communicative person I have dealt with in a long time. Very helpful and did everything she could to rectify things in a timely manner. We finally resolved the issues and overall I’m finally happy. Obviously if the product was right in the first place then Victoria wouldn’t have had to rectify these issues. She is however very good at it.”
