“Quite simply, I've not had such poor service. Don't believe the 2-5 day delivery. I have called them, left messages, emailed them and only today, 11 days after I placed my order recieved word that it had been damaged and returned to base....I've had to chase this company, and at no time did they contact me until today. I have requested a full refund and won't use this company again.”
