“Not received due to EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE BY COURIER COMPANY USED. They refused to remove it from THEIR lorry and expected me to off load it. UNACCEPTABLE!
My opinion, check the small print first before ordering and relying on the goods to be delivered to your PREMISES.
There are still many companies selling wood and using excellent courier services that will actually place the goods on your property without you being there! Well worth looking into this when purchasing goods.”
“Ordered 7 only 1 turned up with original order. Unable to deliver the others the same day as was needed. Only option was to wait for my next day off the following weds. Was delivered and driver spot on. What I have noticed though is these boards are not all kitemarked and are not as tightly pressed or sealed like Normal branded ones? I’d ask driver why this is the case ( diff pallets)??”
