“I've no idea what the flooring was like but the service was appalling. Cancelled my order by voicemail (which I never use as there is no record) stating that there was a problem with my card. Difficult to reconcile with the fact that the transaction went through in the first place.
When I enquired as to what was going on the lady asked if I was ready for delivery the following day! When I told her about the voicemail she checked & said she'd been on holiday so was unaware of the situation, but I could re-order, incurring another week's delay. Plus there was a small matter of an 80% price rise.
I declined her kind offer. I shan't be dealing with this firm again.”
“The product was exactly what I ordered along with 12no 9mm OSB boards, the only fly in the ointment was the shocking service !!!! Took them upto 24 days to complete my order, ended up having a total of 3 deliveries. Struggled to get someone on the phone and when I did after explaining everything again for the umpteenth time. Was promised the world and oh so sorry but it was just lip service.
Never again, need a lot of gear for my build , but will be taking my business elsewhere !!”
