“1 star is generous! no notice of delivery, sent to wrong address (empty house) and left outside, driver signed for receipt!, only part of the order correct. Very slow to acknowledge and propose a solution. Agreed to send the outstanding part of order by 'express' but after 6 working days still not here! Inadequate or no replies to requests for a planned delivery date/time. Extremely unreliable!”
