“This was a 4' x 4' piece of plywood to be fitted under a shower tray. It arrived in a box and was well packaged except 3 corners had a foam protector the 4th didn't, The box had obviously been dropped as the unprotected corner had split badly and the plywood layers spread. Fortunately I was ably to cut this corner out and it didn't cause me a problem, but had I needed to use the whole piece I would have had to return it. Certainly not good value for the money paid.”
