“OK the Marine Plywood was of good quality.
The service and customer care were shocking. The day after ordering I got an email saying my order had been dispatched. The delivery time was stated as 3-5 working days, on the 6th working day I phoned and was told it wouldn't be with me for another 3-4 working days. Late on the 4th day 9 (now 10 workng days later) I phoned and was told that customer services dept was closed as it was after 4pm. Someone would contact me the next morning. (this didn't happen)
Lunchtime the next day my plywood arrived and is good quality but why doesn't this firm just keep in touch and let you know what's happening with deliveries.”
