“Dreadful service no help whatsoever don’t have a clue what going on and to top it all the short delivery was damaged lost a full day waiting on these amateurs should be ashamed quick enough to take my money and wait patiently for two weeks to not then get it now I can’t get my money back!!!!!!!”
“Not really impressed with the delivery provided as boards were just dumped against a timber fence in full view of a busy road.
Luckily it didn’t rain otherwise they would have been damaged!
Not sure if there is any damage to the boards as just left standing on shingle drive.

“The panels are good quality and just as I expected. But I am very disappointed with the level of customer service I received when trying to discover when the delivery would arrive.
The items are very large and heavy. They eventually arrived unannounced and I was left to unpack a pack of 2 boards weighing potentially 40kg, outside and then I had to drag each board inside on my own.
I had been promised by customer service that they would find out from Tuffnells when they were due to deliver and they would inform me. I heard precisely nothing more from them.
That said, I am very happy with the panels.”
“The panels look great and sit together very well. I was expecting them to actually slot in like tongue and groove, but they actually have a flat edge, so they just need to be placed together and supported well. It is a shame they were not packaged better - the corners were protected but not the full edge, so there was some damage.”
“First sent to the wrong address. Then arrived damaged and covered in dirty finger prints and dipped in some sort of tar! The company still hasn't replied to my email about it. Not a great introduction to either one.”
