“I am unable to comment on the product because 12 days after the order was placed I STILL haven’t received it. Have called to check its whereabouts and was told it was a problem with delivery/courier depot…. It has still not appeared but at some point someone needs to take responsibility. It’s a shame as it’s a good website with helpful staff (to a point) but the fact remains I am still without the product I ordered for a project which is time sensitive.”
