“Ordered Wednesday 9th Nov and as of the 19th I still don’t have the product. The website stated a max 5 working days which we’re now well past. No communication regarding the delivery was provided unless I initiated the contact. Initially assured it would be delivered by the end of the week commencing 14th though this has now slipped into week commencing 21st. Poor service.”
“The plywood was damaged on one corner. There are numerous voids in the ply and some of the plys overlap within the layer causing bumps in the overall thickness of the sheet. The facing ply varies in thickness from 0.5mm to 2mm. Not impressed.”

“Delivery promise not met, no communication, phoned constant over 3 days and nobody answers the phone. Wood delivered was wrong and now unable to get hold of anybody to rectify this.
I read reviews about how bad their customer service is but went ahead and ordered anyway.. I wish I had listened to what other customers said and avoided!!!”
