This company has NO after sales commitment. Never received my order. No replies to my pleas for help. Absolute rubbish. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.”
“Terrible experience. I ordered 5 panels of wood, I received 1 panel which was the incorrect wood. I received flexible MDF rather than flexible Plywood, so completely useless for what I need. The flexible MDF was so poorly packaged, just a thin bit of cardboard around it, that the wood arrived snapped in several places. The delivery driver even joked about how badly packaged it had been. I contacted Builders Merchant for them to resolve it, they have refunded me for 4 panels, but still charged me for 1, plus the £60 postage on top, so I have paid £100 for a £40 piece of wood, which has arrived snapped in several places. So it seems the incompetence runs right from bottom to top.
Let's hope they can finally resolve it...
If not I will have to see if my credit card company can help.”
“I ordered this for camper conversion. Quick easy sale. Fast delivery and even with postage charge was way cheaper than anywhere else I'd looked. Reasonably priced product that was easy to work with. Well packed to protect the board itself. Good company to do business with.

“Used to cover a waste pipe which had previously been open to view. Wanted a flexible material to make a half decent curve around the pipe. This sheeting material gave me the flexibility needed. Perfect!
However, not at all happy with the customer service. There was a dispute between themselves and their courier which led to an unacceptable delay and nobody in the company let me know what was happening. In view of the delay I arranged a ‘chargeback’ with my bank, which was done and the very next day the wood was delivered! I still needed the sheet so accepted the delivery. Then I spoke to the sales team and suggested I would send a cheque, but they don’t accept them. I finally sent them an EMail suggesting they give me their Bank details so that I can transfer the money to them. As expected, still no reply.”
