“When ordering I specifically asked if all the wood would be true at least 4 of my 9 pieces had a twist. I also asked for the timber to be left in the garden as I would probably not be home. IT WAS LEFT ON THE DRIVE IN FULL VIEW FOR ANYONE TO TAKE. After the initial confirmation email which said 3 to 7 working days even after making 2 calls I had no indication when I would receive the timbers. They just turned up.”
