I specifically want Finnish birch plywood to make some accurate, hard wearing jigs so I was happy to pay a bit extra but a £10 delivery charge should be next day.

I'm sure the plywood will be good quality but my order was lost in transit and the replacement, sent by Express Delivery, has a tracking number that is not recognised on the courier's website. I was hoping for something better than this.”
