“The board it’s self is great, delivery on the other hand was absolutely appalling. Ordered on 28th July, dispatched on 1st August, finally arrived on 12th August so a far cry from the 2-5 working days for delivery. Tried calling a number of times option 1 rings and rings, after 4 attempts I finally got to speak to a human who couldn’t give any information on delivery, two emails sent to sales and still no reply. So if you want it in good time go else where. Builders Merchants customer service is far from acceptable.”
