“I spent some time researching 240 ltr grey wheelie bins because I wanted one that visually matched those used by my local council (they only provide 120 ltr bins). The one I picked up did not match the one I ordered online from Builders Marketplace, only the colour was the same. Because I was in a hurry and had nothing to compare it with side-by-side at the branch, I didn't notice the discrepancy until I got home 90 miles away. Unfortunately it looks like I'm stuck with it.”

“Rating based on the fact I’ve selected my item, aware of delivery times etc and yet I get contacted to say it’s out of stock and delayed from manufacturers for about 2-3 weeks. Make people aware of this before they place an order! Have some openness and honesty regarding the stock”
