“I got an email to say that grey wheelie bin would not be in stock for 2 weeks, I said I would wait for the Grey one but have not yet received it, could you please send it to me as I have already paid for it.”
“Oh boy, this was a poorly custumer service!!!
After trying to buy a grey colour bin (only green and grey available-rest on the website is out of stock), and waiting for confirmation for a week; I contacted them via Whatsapp as they advertise the service on the website. The system doesn't pick up the issue with the order number that I provided so I explain the fact that after a week I am still waiting for the order confirmation on the WhatsApp text.
They replied to me saying that the order have not been processed, and they will do it right away.
We wanted to buy this product because of the immediate availability and rapid order delivery advertised.
They contacted me saying the grey colour is not available. Fine! I need the bin asap, for internal use, and I end up buying a classic rubbish green colour. Not happy.
I requested confirmation immediately or a refund of it.
I only can assume that the order went through at that time. No one responded to me regarding delivery times. I week later I found luckily the bin at midday outside the gate of my studio delivered (they are more than 200 people in the building. No text message, no email, no phone call, to notify the delivery. After 10 days finally I have a bin, not the colour that I want.
This is the worst customer service I had in a very long time. I will never buy from them again.”
