“I have been waiting 2 weeks for a wheelie bin and have not received any notification why it has not been delivered. I was starting to wonder if buying the bin was part of a scan. I have finally been asked to rate the product but I can’t as I have not received it. Am not happy with the service sorry.”
“Bin was delivered just over 5 working days after it was ordered. Initial email on day 2 saying it was being dispatched - then nothing. The WhatsApp chat was ignored, and it took 2 phone calls and an email to determine the delivery date. Then the delivery company dumped the bin outside of my gate without telling me. Lots to improve on!”
