“Like loads of other people who have bought from this company...this company have taken your order, not delivered it and then not wanting to give you a refund!!!!! I have been trying for days now to get my refund for something they didn't even deliver!!!!! Nobody replies to your emails...nobody replies to your phone calls or phone messages and then when you DO eventually get through to somebody, they then 'lose' the connection and get cut off!!!!! NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY....they just take your money...hold on to it and tell you every single day that they will refund it today!!!! The Sales Gross Manager, Sarah has absolutely no interest in speaking with you and cuts you off...doesn't bother to call you back. Amy, apparently the Director is 'not available!!!' every time...and her PA wasn't available either!!!! Speaks volumes!!!! Can't stress enough how bad this company is!!!!!!!!”
